Shipping & Delivery
When we ship to you or per your directions, you agree to pay the shipping and any handling charges shown on the Sites when your order is placed. We reserve the right to increase, decrease and add or eliminate charges from time to time and without prior notice, so you agree to check all charges before placing an order or signing up for a service. When you ask us to ship Generally, shipping is by standard ground delivery. Any shipping or handling charges may or may not reflect actual costs. All orders are shipment contracts, not destination contracts, including orders shipped to an iPZMall.com store for pick-up. Any shipping times shown on the Sites are estimates only – actual delivery dates may vary. 
Privacy & Security

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your iPZMall.com experience. Here are the types of information we gather.

  • Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. For example, you provide us information when you search for a product, communicate with us by phone, email or otherwise, complete a questionnaire, enter a contest post in Your Profile and other circumstances. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our stores, and communicating with you.
  • Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses iPZMall.com or advertisements and other content served by or on behalf of iPZMall.com on other Web sites. We receive IP addresses, email addresses, passwords, purchase history, and we may use javascript to measure and collect session information. 
  • Mobile: When you download or use apps created by iPZMall.com or our subsidiaries, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based services, such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content. Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services.
  • E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from iPZMall.com if your computer supports such capabilities. We also compare our customer list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust your Preferences.
  • Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. Examples include delivery and address information, account information, search results and links.
Returns & Replacements

Damaged / Defective

 If your product is defective or damaged during transit, please Email contact customer service for more information. Please be advised, you may be required to submit a photograph of the damaged or defective item.

  • Email the Customer Support team for return instructions. Please include your order number, the quantity you want to return and details on why you wish to return the item in your email.
  • Send the item back to us within 30 days of receipt or a refund cannot be issued.
  • If we determine that you need to send the damaged/defective item back to us, we will send you a return label.
  • Package the item you wish to return along with ALL original packing materials and accessories or a refund cannot be issued.  
  • Mail the item as directed by our customer service department. A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description and condition of your original purchase.
  • The package must be shipped within 5 days and the warehouse must receive it within 10 days of the shipping label being emailed to you or a refund cannot be issued. 
  • The process of returning an item by mail takes 2-3 weeks in most cases.
  • You will be issued a refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Changed Your Mind?

 If you have changed your mind about your purchase for any other reason, and it is in *new condition, here is what you need to do: 

  • Email the Customer Support team for return instructions. Please include your order number, the quantity you want to return and details on why you wish to return the item in your email.
  • Send the item back to us within 15 days of receipt or a refund cannot be issued. 
  • Package the item you wish to return along with ALL original packing materials and accessories or a refund cannot be issued.  
  • Mail the item as directed by our customer service department. A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description and condition of your original purchase.
  • The package must be shipped within 5 days and the warehouse must receive it within 10 days of the item's original delivery date or a refund cannot be issued. 
  • We STRONGLY recommend shipping with tracking so that if your return package gets lost, it can be found. The process of returning an item by mail takes 2-3 weeks in most cases.
  • You will be issued a refund within 3-5 days of receipt (less shipping charges).
  • We recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot refund an item we don't receive.
  • *New Condition means that your item has not been opened from the original packaging, worn, used or washed.

Final Sale/Not Returnable Items

Sometimes we sell stuff as "Final Sale" or "Not Returnable".  Please note:  we do not accept returns on these Final Sale or Not Returnable items.

Payment & Pricing
All major credit/debit cards and PayPal are accepted online. Unfortunately due to security reasons, we are unable to place orders for you over the phone. We DO NOT accept personal checks, wire transfers, ACH, promissory notes, or money orders.
When you make a purchase, you authorize Westpac Global Inc. to charge your account. 
Your account will be charged at the time that the order is placed.
Viewing Orders
If you choose to order as a "Guest", the order will not be visible in your iPZMall account. 
All orders placed when logged in to your account can be found in your Account Profile page.
